Together we achieve more

We are immensely proud of our team at Zehnder, and we want to create a work atmosphere where everyone is appreciated and respected as individuals. We have always been guided by our values: customer orientation, respect, trust, curiosity and openness. Plus, we appreciate that we learn as we go along – every day, we get a little better at being an employer.

    Employee focus areas

We want to keep improving as an employer and keep an open dialogue with our employees to see what we can do better. We regularly conduct employee surveys, using the feedback to take suitable measures to increase employee satisfaction. Our commitment also includes furthering all employees' personal and professional development, creating a good work–life-integration and a motivating work culture. Promoting internal career opportunities and offering comprehensive care to ensure the well-being of employees are very important to us. We are increasingly offering e-learning programmes to give our employees further training opportunities.

Our Zehnder Code of Conduct   is our primary tool for ensuring equality and fairness throughout the company. We require all employees to adhere to our corporate values and train our managers to be exceptional role models to their teams. In addition, every stakeholder can anonymously report incidents in their national language via our whistleblowing system. One of our golas is to increase the recruitment and employment rate of women at Zehnder. Two subsidiaries of Zehnder Group (Poland and France) participate in the Target Gender Equality accelerator programme of the UN Global Compact.

We work hard to create a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. In order to ensure that our occupational health and safety measures are always up to date, we adopt internationally recognised safety standards. For instance, our plants in Graenichen (Switzerland), Lenham (United Kingdom), Bolesławiec (Poland), Vaux-Andigny (France) and Manisa (Turkey) are certified according to ISO 45001 standards. Our aim is to certify all our manufacturing plants involved in metal forming or plastic injection moulding processes according to ISO 45001 or an equivalent safety standard in the future.

We are also working to further reduce workplace accidents and raise awareness of occupational health and safety matters through audits. Our ultimate goal for the future is to achieve zero work-related injuries.

Our employees are our top priority at Zehnder. Their commitment, passion and professionalism are the basis of our enduring success. It is vital to nurture them as individuals and further their personal and professional development.
